The Perfect Maine Family Vacation

sThis house is made for large families who truly appreciate how special Ocean Park is.  It is close to the beach and the Soda Fountain and offers a unique yard for family games.  The home has been in our family for over 50 years and we are fifth generation enjoyers of this family sanctuary in Maine.  Our intent is to continue to invest in the home while always remembering it is a summer vacation destination for large families who truly know the secret of Ocean Park.

There are six bedrooms of various configurations with beds for up to 17 and three full baths with showers. The kitchen has many new appliances and the dining room table can sit most everyone.  The large living room is very comfortable and has a dedicated work area as well as a toddlers corner.  A favorite room is the sunroom for morning coffee and late night card games. Please note, this is a smoke free home both inside and outside and we ask all renters to fully respect that.

This house is designed for your comfort. Amenities include high speed internet, two large screen tv's, air conditioning in all but one bedroom, a beverage refrigerator, a grill, and a great patio with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.  There is plenty of off street parking and a huge lawn next to the house for the annual family competitions.  There are more than enough new beach chairs for enjoying the beach.  New this year: a large outdoor enclosed shower!  Clean that sand and salt off under the sky.

With such a beautiful beach, it is hard to pull yourself away, but if you are able, there is much to do. Within 10 minutes there are two public golf courses, two amusement parks, and a water park.  Portland is a 20 minute drive to some of the best restaurants in the country.
